Problem: The old newsletter had low conversion rates, mobile layout problems and wasn’t appealing aesthetically.
Solution: Together with Mkt team, we accomplish a increase of 20% CTR versus the old format. Also, the mobile layout problem was solved into one simple column to avoid misalignment of Outlook and old browser versions. On a daily basis we send A/B tests to try out new formats and content so we don’t get stuck into one simple format.
